This transmission will be installed on the updated version of the model Evoque, which is expected to debut in two years. According to preliminary data, new gearbox, working in conjunction with the start-stop system, will reduce fuel consumption of Evoque by about 16%. In addition, it will improve the dynamic performance of the crossover. For example, a model with 190-horsepower diesel engine will be able to accelerate to the hundred just in seven seconds, instead of the current 8.5 seconds.
